Be careful of what you ask for... you just may get it.
Recently I misplaced my everyday computer glasses.
The fun purple framed ones.
Not to worry - I had a spare pair. So seeing was not the issue. The thing I was bummed about was that the purple frames were missing. I went looking, all the usual places. In my car, under the bed, cleaned my desk... nowhere to be found.
I started to say to myself, "Oh look, there are my glasses. Yeah, I found them" Each time I thought of my missing glasses I would say this to myself and experience the joy of finding them.
A month later.
I am putting groceries in my car and what do I see under my seat but a pair of glasses. My first thought was, one of my clients must have left them in my car by accident. After all they were not my purple framed glasses.
I took a closer look at them...
They were the glasses I had misplaced prior to getting my delightfully fun purple frames. This pair is the reason I had a back up pair in the first place. I wasn't going to be caught without any computer glasses again after those found another place to go play.
Now understand, I have cleaned out my car. Searched my car diligently. My husband has searched my car (for both pair) and the car has been cleaned and vacuumed multiple times....
They just manifested! Materialized! Showed Up!
So what does this have to do with Specific Manifestation?
I was saying to myself "Oh look there are my glasses." Not "Yeah, my purple glasses" I manifested the return of my glasses... I am grateful. Now Universe, could you bring me my Purple glasses.
I began saying "Yeah, I found my Purple glasses" to myself with the feeling of great joy, each time I found myself laughing about missing the mark on specificity. I did this for a couple of weeks, and let it go.
This past weekend, my husband 'found' my purple glasses! In one of his jacket pockets.
Remember specificity, and give the universe time to manifest!
Mostly, remember to allow miracles to happen.
